This blend helps beat that tired, sluggish feeling and provides a mental lift, especially in the morning or mid-afternoon. Apply to inner wrists, back of the neck, on bones behind the ears, and bottom of feet. Can also be applied to palms of hands; cup hands over nose, inhale deeply.
